Default Advantages to running coilovers?

What are the advantages, and disadvantages to running coilovers front and rear on a 750 RWHP street car? Thanks for any input.

For me it made street driving more fun and slightly more predictable. Cant say for the track as I broke trans output shaft at first prepped track outting.

With the correct spring rates they will ride nicer than stock and gives you great adjustability for ride height as well as corner balance.

Makes working on the car a lot easier too without that stupid spring in the front...

fwiw I had better 60's with the stock suspension Does ride nicer on the street and you eliminate the stupid hop when turning into curbs. And like breecher said there is less in the way without the leaf upfront.

It's possible that you need to work on the set up then, I typically always see an increase in 60' times. If I can help I'll be glad to.

Pfadt here. Not enough experience at the track to give any feedback on the 60ft's. I'm a bit worried that I added too much weight with an iron block, but I'll see.

for me the Pfadt made the handling more predictable by gradually losing grip, vs grip grip grip 360, panic, curb, wall

Default Hook

Thanks for all of the input, I am still on the fence. I am looking for whatever options I can find to make the car hook up better on the street.

Lot better 60 foot here. I was doing 1.30 60s with stock double adjustable qa1 coilovers on rear.
