Default Supercharged, what kind of front end ground clearance? (wanting pics)

Just finised up my A&A install. Took it for the first drive and every little dip in the road the air dams are scraping. Im only lowered maybe 1/2"-3/4" on stock bolts. Ive seen guys on here that are slammed and im just curious if everyone else is having these issues. Ive driven lowered cars for quite a few years so im used to the little annoyances, but this seems a bit ridiculous considering im not even lowered that much. I guess i could bend the air dam up a bit more, was just concerned with getting enough air flow into the radiator.

Just trim/adjust the air dam. I had to do the same.

I scrape all the time. I'm running the A&A as well. I'm not lowered but I'm running 345/35/18s so my car has a little rake to it.

I used to scrape on the obvious stuff like driveways and inclines. Now, like i said, if i even drive over a manhole cover it scrapes bad. Ill have to go out and play around with the air dam and see if i can bend it up a little further.

my air dam scrapes too but nothing major... I'm lowered quite a bit and I also have an aftermarket cradle that looks really close to the ground but I haven't had any issues scraping it, only the air dam touches... personally I would leave it on and not worry about it

I had to raise the front of my car. Of course, I have an iron block.

I agree. I trimmed 3/4 of a inch and it did the trick.
Good luck.

Did you follow the A&a instructions on how to install the dam

Yeah I did. They say to bend it down to what you think would allow good air flow. Maybe I just bent it down too far.

If you cut the pads on the rad cradle and reweld them lower you can
remove the spacers and put the cradle back in the stock position to regain your ground clearance.
I did this along with cutting the airdam 1" and I have no clearance issues anymore.

I also added these hard wheels
