Default blower cam

01 z06, have an mp112 on it. looking to do a blower cam. was told by a reputable shop to use a cam with the following specs:

224/228 .581/.588 114LSA

Was wondering if anybody has any input as to whether or not this would be a good cam with my blower. Sounds childish but I would really like a cam with some lope... Would this have it? Videos anyone?

Thanks!

I am running a Comp cam Xtreme series 444 with about the same numbers. Not much lope but is real streetable. It is in a iron block 408 with 15# boost that makes about 700RWHP.

I would call Martin@Tick Performance, PatG, or Phil@Advanced induction - They will be able to give you all the help/information you want.

Pretty close to the same here 224/230 .581/.592 on 112.0 ICL in my 347cid through a stalled A4 unlocked makes just north of 600rwhp. It does have some lope if you can get the idle low enough ~750-800 RPM unfortunately with my combo my idle is 1000 RPM to keep it going with the A/C.
You will need some sticky tires with that cam and a PD blower, I sure did with my P1.
