It honestly looks like one of the AEM ones I've been looking at size and shape wise. I've got the part number around here somewhere.

The one I have appears to have been manufactured specifically for DP. The rubber end cap has there logo molded into it. I wasn't able to find a part number on it.

if you get the dimensions on it you could probably find one close... k&n has a custom filter program but you have to start out with a base that they already use to make another one of their filters with... I was looking into that but nothing they had would have worked

they have custom nose cones put on them (im assuming from where ever they buy them) A&A does it too. I think ECS does as well.

can you measure the dimensions of the filter so we can look through the catalogs?

yeah mine doesn't have that... I just bought their older style air filter a few weeks ago, it's blank on the bottom

I'd like to change my blower intake up a bit. It's cool how it is because it quite literally can not draw any engine bay air in. its all cold air from the front of the car. However, its hard to change the filter.

I'll address it when I get there though.

I had to change mine up as well just because I didn't too much care for what came with my kit, it was kinda fugly looking... BUT it was better than the plastic dongle being supplied now

yeah that dongle is definitely ugly!! I can put a velocity stack on my blower air inlet. I like being able to do that.

I run a Big Azz K&N filter!! Whe I spoke to the techs at K&N, ( I'm a distributor) and gave them my engine size and boost#s, they calculated that I would need at least a 1450 CFM filter, so that's what I have...

I didn't like the dongle and didn't want to change my rad to fit a 4" pipe, so I made one.
I should have done some comparison dyno runs vs the A&A dongle, but I didn't. It seems to be making power so I guess it is working fine.

Under construction...

Finished product....

AirRaid Race Day filter seems to be the best option if you don't mind the lack of 'filtering'. Way more surface area than many of the screens people run.

You have to call. But I thought the filter was around 75 bucks.
