Hi like zo6 said 4.0 or 4.5 would be safe , stick a gauge on it and see what you have.
Tensioner won't matter, nice to have a good one though , has yours got any numbers or letters stamped into it ?? Like ECS?
I notice kb site has had a revamp and there is no info on the c5 corvette kit now.

Its been sitting for 3 years so it definitely needs an oil change, has that bottle and some redline fluid but I'll probably just buy new stuff.
Can I sell the pulleys I have? Do they work on other stuff, I'm sure they do but.

Hi this may be of interest if you didn't know about it , might not need the info but you might want to tinker at some point
When you do get around to changing the pulley just be aware the pulley bolt is a bit unique , think it had a hole drilled into it from the head right down and out the bottom to act as a breather.

Should I use this alt belt routing regardless of 600hp or not?

With the benefit of one less idler to squeak .
Would be a pleasure to pop over lol , work however says that ain't gonna happen at the mo, have been to Florida most Augusts for the last 20 years. Staying home this year though
