Default ***RSD All Aluminum Radiators***

Anyone who wants their LS engine to run cooler should put one of these in their car and replace the thermostat reprogram the fans to reep the benefits of a cooler engine. Our Radiators are Dual Core 1 1/4" core, Total thickness 2 1/2". That is 2.5 times thicker than the stock radiators! In Most cases it is a direct replacement in your car. (The Cutdown radiators require a bit of fan shroud work.)

We also build a 3" cut down radiator for the Vortech and Procharger supercharger guys. With the 3" cut down unit you can use a 4" air filter pipe to increase boost in your supercharger instead of the restrictive plastice dongle.

All of our radiators are available with either oil coolers or Transmission coolers.

Can you go into detail what needs to be done to the fan shroud?

Since the fan shroud is full height and the Radiator core is not, you will have to open up an area for the intake duct to go through the shroud. You will also need to block off the extra space where this is no core so all of you air goes through the core and does not have a chance to go around it. I have just used plastic in the past, just a small piece 3"X about 17". As in all Mods we all do, some adaptation and ingenuity is required.

We have Griffin Radiators build our Radiators. They carry a one year Warranty. They are USA designed and built. They are dual core 2 1/2" thick total. They are the thickest on the market and combined with the much larger tanks offer a huge difference in volume, let alone the added efficiency of the all aluminum tank and their superior heat transferring abilities.
Thanks for your interest.

Do you have any pics of the cut down version modifications you mentioned above?
