Wish they would have compared a full port LS2......but think they wanted to keep testing 100% stock intake. Full port LS2 is a monster at price.

For the first time, I'll say I'm happy to have the LSXR manifold from FAST on my car. Not something I'd have picked to go on it but the "interim" owner did it while he had the car. Works for me!

How do you fit under the C5ZO6 cowl a FAST LSXR 102mm Intake Manifold?

It's a tight fit from what I've seen. Most seem to run the shorter poly engine mounts from Hinson to get more clearance.

I wish the MSD came with a version for people without the factory fuel rails. I don't like the big gap in the top. This may lead to better performance too if those recesses for the fuel system are limiting airflow.

You can see in the pic those are above the runners.

Florida (Pat).

No....he is not coming down till fall. Going to a tuner in Palm Bay tomorrow for some logging hopefully he has a clue, this is it... it literally has been sitting waiting on this for months! If it does not happen I will have to do something else?

If you don't have any luck...get hold of Jeremy. He will get your
vette straighten out. He did a good job with my vette. Good luck.

Thanks will do, car is at new tuner and actually been on dyno, running crazy rich, this guy says he can tune it but hast to fix a bunch of exhaust leaks first, then go from there I have given him the green light to try to fix it and I will pay him directly, my mechanic wanted the data to send to mike n but I pretty much told him to start over, I'm gonna get it done one way or the other I've waited way too long. He was just going to pass along all the dyno time bills to me anyways.

From that, I take that the FAST plastic intakes seem to be the best all round performers !

IMO on that application tested even the likes of the HiRam didnt really shine above it.

Perhaps on a bigger build, bigger heads/cam etc it may be different though.

What ever happened the new FAST intakes with shorter straight runners ?
