Default Remote Breather

I am planning on installing a remote breather on my twin turbo 2000 LS1 vette. The Moroso breather I am using has an in and out connection. If I use it as a breather and not a catch can do I just cap off one of the outlets or what

Post a picture or link of it.

I am using a dual inlet with each valve cover running to it.

I have the TB capped off and have a check valve between the LS6 valley cover and intake (wont let air enter the valley cover under boost). I may cap off the intake and run a Y from Passenger valve cover and Valley into one side of can but it seems to be working just fine as is.

I am tuned on speed density. If you are maf tuned you may need to have your tuner make some changes.
