Which cam for z06 with a&a blower
Going to put a a&a blower on my c5z. Considering a cam upgrade at the same time and only tuning once. Either the A&A stage two or lg g5x1? Will both daily drive ok? Will one out power the other significantly? Is there any other camshaft I should be considering. Wanna be between 625-700whp and 550ftlb with blower, cam and long tubes no meth on a stock bottom end.

Highly suggest meth over 600rwhp on stock bottom as safety more than anything. I'm a fan of the Jam Cam 3. You need to red loctite the cam bolts anyway so you might as well pull the cam.
I made 606/531 on stock bottom with long tubes and blower cam on a P1SC at 10Psi no meth. Mine at that time was a 227/235 on a 116. I stepped up the cam size to Jam Cam 3 when I went forged etc.

well then maybe i dont need a cam. In the short time reading on here ive seen a few 600 whp with just a blower and long tubes. i really dont want the meth tank headaches. just gas in the tank and go

Leave everything the way it is just tap a fitting on the bottom side of the washer tank under the sensor level. This then hooks up to you meth pump installed in the drivers fendor.
I will say it again you need to red loctite the cam bolts if you use stock cam or blower cam. I didnt initially and almost lost my motor when they came loose.

Love my ECS "big blower cam"... made 735 rwhp on 17 psi with no meth on E85 (stock heads and bottom end). Drives very close to stock. I believe it made ~610 on 11 psi.
