I was asked for some pics of my setup. I'll post a few and also note to others reading that I got my idea for this from this thread in 2012.

Now for some pics of my setup. My apologies for the phone pics. Not up to my usual standards.

Big JT I see you deleted you post but I have no idea who the hell you are. I have and always will pay my owed debts.

A brother from another mother gave me the idea as he has an almost identical plate on his EB Z06, so I got it ordered today.
Found this in my sticker stash, so will put it to use, had one on my last FRC. Need to pick up a Tick Performance and a Paxton/ECS Supercharing to throw on it too.
Also selling the headers (I hate them on C5/6's, they make too much noise) and picking up a set of C6Z manifolds and 3" H-Pipe.

Thank you sir.
Well more parts arrived today and I started tearing into it further.
First off was the removal of the headers for installation of the the C6Z manifolds and H pipe.
I am going to snag some header studs then reassembly will start.
These beautiful pieces showed up today. So happy I went this route versus the RaceStars.
Pretty excited about this piece.
Parts are stacking up like Christmas.

Picked these up today, but am pretty sure they are not going to fit due to width. So I will likely use the 275/60s and sell these.
Also picked up some studs and nuts from GM to make my own header stud kit. $40 versus a ARP kit that is $130.
Pistons and rods came in for another LS motor I spec'd for a good friend.

Got some work done last night. Driverside manifold and cat installed, passenger side being a little trying with the O2 location and the SFI bellhousing and the starter location. I will work through it.
Studs installed:
If you ever wanted a cheap O2 plug, $2.79 at the auto parts store.
Like a glove.
Cleaned up the wiring and the trans cooler lines.
Driver side hung and done.
Ordered a vacuum manifold and a set of 2.5" v-bands thanks to my homie Jamie for the suggestion for hanging the exhaust.

Someone had asked for a clip of the C6Z manifolds with headers and the stock Ti mufflers.
Here is my last FRC with them:

And here is the new car with the TSP catted headers and and the stock Ti mufflers. I am looking forward to see how the new setup sounds.

Are you gutting the cats?
I can't say that I would have spent money to lose 30-40hp but... I'm with you on the fitment/room of stock manifolds..
A local guy here with a C6Z, WCCH heads/cam, stock manifolds/exhaust/NPP.. Made 560rwhp.. Swapped to 2" ARH headers/X pipe and kept the NPP.. Without tuning it made 590 rwhp.. Car ran 10.90s on 19" NT-05s..
I'm sub'd to see your progress with that car, I know Daniel when he had it.. That car had lots of potential. That's actually my old converter in it.. $900 Coan billet..

I really don't think I am going to loose that much going from a catted 1 3/4" TSP header setup to a catless C6Z manifold setup.

I will lean on you for some info when I get closer, you have a lot of time in yours. Glad to hear I have a good converter in the car.
