all4spl's YSI build
alright guys. This is my first big build on the 02 corvette z06. I started with a stock z06 and put the blackwing intake and B&B exhaust on it. It put down 380 with this. I then did LG cam, LG long tubes, Fast 92, and same intake. put down 430. I also added a 150 shot to the car and it was pretty quick. Now its time to go faster.
New build consists of
LQ4 with scat I beams, Wiseco pistons, and factory ls1 crank
LG superpro 1 3/4
Fast 102
NW 102 TB
Vortech YSI
innovators west 10 rib crank pulley
Lunati link lifters
BTR .660 valve springs
Trying to figure out what I want to do for fuel system and button it up. I was going to go with an external waste gate setup but found that to be inefficient with the way boost controllers are designs with pulsing vs capping. I am also most likely going to go with 3" 8 rib pulley and see where it takes me. Any help/tips would be great. Also trying to figure out e85 or water meth situation as well.

How about save yourself the money AND the headaches and stay away from that intake and throttle body.
I've got a steering rack relocation kit if you're interested.
Also a very lightly set of Erson link bar lifters (rebranded Morel 5206) that I haven't put up for sale yet. Only selling because I'm headed to solid roller land and using Jesel. PM me if interested.

I already have the fast 102 and nw 102. I understand crank is an issue. So is not having the block pinned. I'm honestly shooting for 800-900 right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to figure out fuel system and water meth.

Some, but not all, cars seems to need to have the rack moved forward a bit to fit the thicker balancer.
My buddy with a forged 346 in his 03Z didn't have to move his rack. He put down 920 with a YSi.
What heads are you planning on using?
Gonna be a fun car when you're done. Have fun with it!

A big fan of Bret...
All BS aside... I agree with these guys on sticking with a LS6 manifold and TB.
Big power cars are switching to a TR6060 and C6Z diff. However this is expensive. If you aren't launching is hard or snatching gears you'll most likely be fine for a while. Most modifications done to T-56's only help it shift and don't make it any stronger (unless you change gears or shafts).
My advice is to save yourself some money on tuning/parts and go with a smaller pulley from the get go.
If you have e85 readily available in your area do it, but don't limit where you can travel. Pump gas and Meth will take you a long way. Alky Control makes the best kit on the market. I run A&A's big twin pump system and have never had an issue with it.

It's a PITA to tune it. The Fast Intakes are known for working very well with boost. I'm running a stock ls6 tb and intake and making right at 900rwhp. It's a different world when your forcing air in the motor.
If you already have it run with it.
