Gauge Options
I'm prepping the car for the upcoming blower install and was just thinking ahead about gauges.
BOost, AFR (wb), and Fuel psi are necessary.
But how to see them all and not be messy?
I just looked up the PLX multi-gauges. I'd jump on one of those if I knew I could get the info presented the way I want it, which would be all 3 data sources as a digital readout on one screen.
What I'd LOVE to find is basically a programmable warning light where if the values go beyond preset limits it triggers a red flasher.
But I doubt that exists.
SO... how can I do this without ugli-fying the dash and pillars?
At the very least, are there gauges out there which can dim along with the interior lights?
Best pillar pods these days?

This will do pretty much everything you mention.

Obviously if the data is not transmitted via the ecu, you will need to add these sensors so the dash can also display that too, eg wideband and fuel pressure.

That's a cool piece of kit.
The price vs. my need for it are not on the same scale though. (Although now I'm wondering what I can do with a Raspberry Pi and the aux feed to my head unit's 3" MFD... hmmm, naaaaah.)

Lots of questions. The Glowshift Elite 10 gauges have everything you just asked for, including an addon external light (if I remember correctly, the addon light for each gauge is about $7) that will come on at the programmed level, be it for Boost, Fuel Pressure, or AFR. There are plenty of others out there as well. You might not want to ugly up your pillar but it might just be necessary. GL with your quest.

If you want a clean solution, look at Dennis's Triple Gauge Bezel at DoubleD. Linky
As far as the gauges, Autometer had a "Nexus" line that I have that's dimmable and you can on the fly switch the gauge coloring, they go to a pre-programmed full red if you exceed a selectable limit on each gauge. The PROBLEM is that they're out of production due to a lack of supplier for the control module. You may be able to find what you need via the auction site though.

GlowShift looks like a good answer. Thanks for the referral.
I'll see if any of the others are still avail.
I've seen Dennis' work. He does a good job. The triple top gauges are an option I'd consider.
