Your build pretty well made me want to go turbo your combo seems to perform really well .

Do you have any over heating issues ?

My fans were to small and unshrouded which in traffic would let the temps get to 220-230, fans just didn't move much air at all. Once moving would go to 200-210 in 90* weather.
I've since relocated my radiator setup to the rear of the car (works flawless btw). In preparation for whatever the future may hold for this thing!

How big of a fan setup did you have ?
We are doing a custom shroud with dual 12 inch fan.

Dual (mushimoto)12" with no shroud though. Radiator was smaller than yours as well. It did fine cause these engines aren't over heating at 230. With your rad and a shrouded fan setup I think you'll be good.

Radiator is a dewitt supercharger rad. It think they are 2 inch short then stock. I had to get the end tanks modded to fit. But seems to fit pretty good

Fans came in .12 inch flexalites. They rate them at 1050cfm each. Hoping they flow enough air with a custom shroud . Will be fabing the shroud tonight. More pics to come

If those fans don't work out the Spal duel 12 inch fans pull 3168 CFM (combined) and comes with a shroud. Check Amazon for the best pricing...

I had to cut notches into the sides of the shroud to get it to sit flush. All in all it came out decent

cross over pipes are 2.5 . didn't think i need any bigger for my power goals . according to the internet . internet is never wrong lol

didn't relocated anything so far . over flow tank is a concern right now . but will most likely leave it in the stock location and make on out of aluminum .

only thing we had to remove was the ac . i know we could make it work but would need custom manifolds .

2.5 or 2.25 will will work for sure no need for anything bigger.
A/C will need a custom manifold in the passenger side for the compressor.

I did that on my setup but I'm now thinking about redoing the manifolds since the plugs are very hard to get to and the wires keep burning.
