I have the cartek setup and am missing part of the alternator tensioner setup. I tried calling cartek to order the rest but they don't answer or return phone calls. I also called Dallas performance and they "don't work on corvettes anymore"

It's sometime difficult to reach Cartek on the phone. Keep calling regularly and you will get someone, and they do sell parts for the flip drive.

You have to keep calling cartek they will eventually pick up the phone. That's what sucks when you're looking for support and you don't get it.

same goes for the company cogging the flip drives, must be something in the northern air

See if Dallas performance would send you the drawing for the piece and have a machine shop make it. If that doesn't work call A&A to see if their kit is compatible.

A&A tension system isn't compatible. Though I like their tension system the best. Uses a factory GM tensioner.

What makes it not compatible? Isn't it just a tensioner?

if you can't get a hold of cartek you could probably just get the tensioner/bracket assembly from a&a... I'm sure they would sell that separately and the rest of the kit is pretty similar to cartek so it might work

I'd use Dallas but I called and they said they aren't making them anymore. And a&aa won't work I don't think because of my tb flip and steering reservoir spacers.

Not sure how similar but on my C6 LS2 I have the TB flipped and the reservoir spaced, and the A&A drive works fine.
