Looks AWESOME!!! Nice job Jon

Lots of things checked off the list this weekend.

This is how you fit full T4 60 series turbos in while maintaining plug clearance and still high enough for gravity drains... aka 20lbs of **** in a 5lb bucket.

Looks great Jon, your pulley setup definitely helps with the space constraints.

So, I've run into some issues with the panel. Took me 2 circuit boards to figure out there is a hard limit at 12V input or it kills it. Picked up a dc voltage regulator to bring it down under 12V and all is good now. Can get back to installing it finally.. looks like with all my pushing on the board brackets behind the screen, it's getting bumped a bit. Easy to fix though, and just glad the voltage issue is resolved.

After that, made a couple wastegate dumps and installed.

Bret keeps updating with fancy badass engine parts, so I better keep updating this with my little wg dumps and such

I've been asked a couple times about placement of these. Tried to get a shot, but not much room working on stands. This should give an idea though of how high they sit.

One thing I am doing this winter is putting the gate on the turbine housing like you did to make my exhaust easier. What filler rod did you use if you don't mind.

I'm sure it would definitely make life easier on the ttix downpipes. I have done it off the collector, but there was no way to do it that way AND have the 3.5" downpipes without hacking the car up a lot.

I preheated, layed down a butter layer with Ni-99, then 309L to the stainless sch. 10 elbow, and wrapped each in a couple turbo blankets/boxed immediately and let them slowly cool. If you start googling, you'll find that someone has done it about every way with whatever filler. This is what I did, and didn't have any cracking at all. I did the Nickel layer on the cast to prevent the iron and stainless pipe from mixing and forming carbides.

Mine are done with Ni-99 rod right to to the carbon steel elbows. 3000 miles with a heavy dyno day and a few drag races. No issues to date.

I'll give an update here. Many things checked off the list, and starting to look like a car again. I have a couple more small things to do tonight, and will be ready to finally breath fire back into this heap.

Taking my time with it, and decided not to piggy back ecu and injector power off the stock pcm harness. The Elite wants a 10amp fused supply to ecu, and 20amp fused supply to injectors. Since I have some of the Siemens 225lbers on here now, I wanted to make sure they're not starved for juice. Haltech makes a molded plastic fused relay box specifically for this, just have to solder up the leads and wire it up. Has 6 banks, but only using 2 for now. Room to grow. Set some nutcerts and mounted it behind the breather tank so it's still accessible but pretty well hidden.

This is how I left it last night. Even with all the work done to make room for the 4" intakes, you can see I just used it all right back up. Fitting this size stuff without cutting the car up means not having inches of clearance, but more like 1/4" or less sometimes.

I made it

2 -10an inlets, go into a perforated 4" pipe inside filled with copper scrubbing pads, then a pair of 1.5" barbs out with S&B breathers.
