C5Z P1SC1 Installed
I got my 2002 z06 back from the mechanic yesterday. I had a Procharger P1SC1 installed. My car made 425rwhp before the Procharger. I had CAI, Long tubes, X pipe with high flow cats, BTR Stage 3 Cam. I left the Cam in for now but I am going to be swapping it for a Blower cam because I know im leaving some low end power on the table. I made 538RWHP and 490RWTQ with the Procharger. Definitely noticeable when I get over 3k RPMS. Going to be adding a Meth kit soon as well.

HELL YES!
Look at people pulling filters off of them...they pick up a few PSI just from that. Definitely yes. If you RAKE the radiator A hair it'll be a little easier to make that charge pipe setup work.

I wouldn't be surprised if you picked up 3psi and 60+ hp with just going over rad set up or more HP and Boosted then that. You might have to go to a bigger pulley once going over the Rad setup

Awesome. So I had it out today for about an hour and its only about 65 degrees here in NY and my temp was at like 243. I def need to cool her down somehow.

Are you using that dinky procharger fan that came with that kit? Still have the factory fans? If so, I would go back to the factory setup once you go to the new over the radiator setup. Works way better.

Over the radiator makes a huge difference and the stock fans will work way better as mentioned....Your temps are pretty high. For comparison I'm a forged 347 on a D1 Procharger set up with stock radiator, stock fans, and a Dallas performance big mouth filter and my summer temps are generally 190ish coolant and 210ish oil. They can creep up to 200 coolant/220 oil but it doesnt happen much. I run a 160 t stat, I have the tune adjusted for fans to come on sooner, and water wetter in the coolant.
I will say one good thing about the dual procharger intercoolers is they let the radiator get more air since they are not blocking it. No they are not as efficient but there are a few pros and cons. I've been told about 700rwhp on older dual intercoolers and 800ish on the larger dual ones is about the highest you want to go with them. I'm running the larger ones at 715rwhp with no problems now.

Stock fans will fit however you may need to trim the top of them. Moving the radiator is a good idea and this can be done by either using the procharger radiator cradle (not cheap) or the spacers. I believe A&A sells the spacers. Make sure you keep the air deflector on the car. It feeds the radiator and makes a big difference if its not there.
I believe you need these to switch over to the newer style:
-Radiator spacers or Procharger cradle
-Procharger Shroud Cover ( Or custom made one)
-Over the radiator intake
- to trim stock fans and trim radiator if needed for clearance
-potentially modify some charge piping based on the changes made to radiator etc.
My set up will be slightly different here is a Pic of shroud ( Big mouth intake also shown). The shroud was custom cut to fit Big Red blow off valve.
Bob at brute speed is a great Procharger guy to work with. I can send you the instruction manual for the newer kit if you PM me your email.

Any issues with the bypass were u have it? I understood the valve should best be placed before the intercoolers.

So i got everything done finally. I added a second small fan where the air intake and filter was on the procharger fan shroud. I got the over rad on and cut a hole in the plastic so its grabbing air from in front of the condensor right from the outside air as it shoots up the deflector. Drove it for like 40 mins before and temps were much better. I have about 70% distilled water to 30% coolant and a bottle of water wetter. I am bringing it tuesday to get it retuned on the dyno. Wondering if the over rad will really add any HP. I moved that hose btw.
