Default Edelbrock E-Force 15900 on C5

What about using this LS3 SC kit on a C5 ?
Hood clearence issue ?
C5 bay fitment ?

Love the idea to have a like ZR1 SC on a C5
Evidently, need L76/L92/LS3/LSA/LS9 style head (was thinking about put a used GEN IV truck engine with good budget stock heads vs LS1/LS6/LS6 ported)
Does the only think i need is a Lingenfelter TRG-002 58x-24x Crank Sensor Trigger Conversion ?

because +250$ for this ridiculous part... Can i put the truck PCM and start with it ? Need just a rewiring ?
(it's for a 90%race10%street car, just need to start, use the C5 4L60e, and have the dashboard)

And just need all this adapter...
- Racetronix cam sensor extension/adapter harness (PN LS2-CSAH) 19$
- Racetronix knock sensor extension harnesses (PN LS2-KSRH) 45$ for the 2
- FAST plug adapters (PN 179604-8) that let us plug the LS3 injectors into the LS1 harness
- MAP to the harness Racetronix extension harness (PN LS2-MSEH) 25$
throttle body Racetronix adapter harness (PN LS2-TBAH) 60$
- Stock MAF, or Racetronix adapter (PN MAF-003) to run the newer blade style 26$
That's all ?

im running a gen 4 5.3 just buy the harnesss. its more of a headache to make a different pcm work in the car then just buying that controller.

youll have to cut the cowl from what it looks like. idk when your goal is. but if it was me. i would get a 347 short block for 2-4k put stock ls3 heads on it and run a 2300 kit. idk what hood youll need to clear but i assume youd have to run something pretty big like the vis hood

So Gen IV PCM pinning is the same as Gen III ?
Gen IV engine will work with Gen III PCM ?
Happy with that ;-)

Cathedral-port to rectangle-port adapters exist, for pretty much exactly this reason. They will raise the intake/SC 1/2"-1" though, depending on which ones you get. Never seen it done on a C5, not sure about hood clearance. Somebody has to try, though!
