RPS twin or triple. Lots of people like the mantics as well but no experience with them on my end. New McLeod 1200hp clutch seems promising.

McLeod RXT has been holding up well to 920rwhp. 9.47@155. Literally hundreds of passes on it.
Although, it was 920 on the dyno, the timing has been pulled back to 15* for street and track use. So probably not at 920 now.
Like above, the new McLeod looks good. If you're truly going to be at 1000rwhp, I'd not hesitate to try that out.

Not at 1000rwhp yet but had a Monster LT1-SC Twin Disc installed to get the drivetrain ready. After 300 miles it's broken in nicely without much noise and slips enough to not be horrible to drive.

RXT is what I use, and have seen over 1000rwhp in my setup for 1/2 mile events. I'll be stepping up to the 1200hp puck when this one starts to give, but so far it holds like a champ.

post up an update after you have got some spirited sessions on it and how it is holding up

People are going fast with a stick for sure, but usually with a much more radical and less street friendly setup. My Cobra was built to be able to run 8's at the track, but be tame enough to throw the keys to your grandma and let her throw it in 'D' and drive it to bingo with the a/c blasting, cruise control on, and her favorite tunes on the stereo.
