Can I use the mighty mouse vented catch can for crankcase ventilation on an A&A V3si system instead of a breather cap? How are you guys running your systems?

I read it . Seems like a sales pitch to buy Colorado speed.

It probably is. There is decent info in there with diagrams of routing though.

MM has a couple of different designs. They have one that is a pcv type setup for boosted applications. They have my vote

Yeah that's exactly the one I was just looking at it's pretty pricey but it seems like a well-built piece the only problem is I just looked and it's huge I don't see any place where I could put that on a supercharged car any ideas highly welcome.

Some of the guys mount them up front by the intercooler. I'm going to try and put it behind the blower where my old one was mounted. I'll see if I can find some pics.

Yes please do. I'd be very curious to see how it fits. I had it in there for a visual and it was just too tight between the battery tray and the header on my 2002.

under the headlights is a good place to hide them... I just have a breather can mounted under the drivers headlight on the side of the radiator cradle and that's ran to -10an fittings on each valve cover, everything else is plugged off on the intake/throttle body

I had gone to get the RX brand but they disappeared. CoSpeed has a very high quality unit. I just installed mine. I forgot the model name, but it's not the small one. Search my user name and you'll see some discussion of routing. When I told them it was for a SC LS they did add a restricted one way valve to add in line.

When I get to my computer I'll post mounting pics. Mine is mounted just aft of the SC bracket and ahead of the headers. Tight fit but good.

I'm just wrapping up my project. Should have miles on the car before August.

So I guess this would be called the 2 port. One intake for idle/low rpm and the other for when in boost so there is always a draw through the can. The separate breather hose runs up to a tab on the main air filter.

If elevation and draw turn out to be an issue in the current placement I will just need to fab/bend my own connecting bracket. Where I have it now, the can sits slightly above the first header tube. There is space to adjust the can more forward which will allow me to drop it down more. I won't worry about that until I get the car rolling more.

Mighty mouse gets my vote, working great for my build. Mounted up front near the intercooler.

I am on here now so if you guys ever have a question shoot me a PM directing me to a link like this one

To answer the original question ' absolutely ' I have a great single can pcv system up to 1500hp. check out this video, there are couple others as well with more nitty gritty details.
