Default Huron speed twin turbo z06 c5 build

So after much thought about turbo vs supercharger vs nitrous it finally came down to tune-ability, TORQUE, and the fact that I just love turbos!
Jon from Huron speed offered people some great first time deals on this new kit, and I would like to thank him and the company for this rare opportunity. I am starting it off with a 2003 c5 z06 with 80,000 miles. Car is BONE STOCK right now, and has a best et of 12.76 @ 107 with a 60ft 1.73, 8.18 @ 85mph in the 1/8th on a 85 degree humid day. This occurred in Bristol Tn thunder valley raceway, which is a nice track but is known for being rather slow due to elevation and the uphill climb of the track.

The turbos are precision billet 6262 cea t4 .68 ported s journal bearing turbos I believe and man am I excited to recieve them, I chose to go with the full exhaust out the back including exhaust tips. Soon as I recieve items I will start posting pics as they come! The wastegates are xs power hyper gate 45, with a turbo smart 50mm BOV. I believe it is coming with A Large bell intercooler with a 3.5" charge pipe and all hardware.
Here are a few pics of the car in its current state.

I will be following your build closely as I am also getting on board doing a similar Huron Speed build (402 with 6766 turbos). I will make my own thread once I get started with my build. I will be probably be getting started a week or 2 after you so your build will be helpful to me.

A decking board works great for a jack to jack up the back

Out with the old, btw anyone doing this jack your car up at least 35" up and losen your sway bar so it can swing and down.

Just an FYI, there are some nice low profile lifts on the market that will make this install much easier.........
Now get to it so we can all see the results!!!!!!

Hood off it's starting. Took a total of 3 hours get the car jacked up, hood off, bumper off, all the way to the water pump off. Not too bad, just take your time and lable all wires with masking tape and place your bolts in label zip lock baggies.

There are a lot of small bolts to take that bumper and underside air dam off. A 7mm socket with an impact gun will be your friend looks like this car has had a small fender bump before based on the cracked bumper padding . Nothing structural though

Ac condensor and radiaitor bye bye

Water pump off

I'm a little concerned on these header bolts being so rusty. I hope they don't break off :/ I may soak them in PB blast overnight.
