Good to hear, ordered two of their D014 nozzles last night with the 90 degree AN style holders.

Intercooler is top notch quality, from how it was packed to the final product. Looks awesome. Cold side pipes also arrived.

Bell Vs A&A, dimensionally almost the same with the exception of core thickness. Bell is 1" thicker, should perform well.

That is one of the extra studs/bolts that come along with doing 6 bolt heads.

Easiest way around to remove the a/c drier!

Step 1. Remove the engine.
Step 2. Stand in the engine bay.

Installed using just the right tool!

Hey Mike!

Well so far everything is going pretty smoothly, I had a slight alignment issue with the intercooler but it was resolved by drilling some new holes. I also decided to mount a intercooler a little differently than intended so maybe that's an issue I caused. The intercooler is high quality, what you would expect from Bell but i did find a few pinholes in welds that I will need to go over.

All in all its going great and we are anxiously awaiting the bad *** engine you built for this thing!

Sweet! I may do one of his kits on my C6. Anxiously waiting to see the results on the C5's.

Making some changes to the AlkyControl system.. These nozzles look at lot better and allow you to thread them into a welded bung. No more bulky fittings or rubber grommets.

Make sure you check the pick up to pan clearance to be safe.

Chances are it's good.

Why does the pickup need massaging. Is it because the windage tray has to be shimmed?
