Default Where to cut for C6Z exhaust?

Title should read "Where to cut exhaust for C6Z diff". Whoops. Anyways, I dont know where to cut. Ive read I need to extend the axle back 3".

After looking at my pics, Im guessing the second one. The first would narrow it 3", correct?

I'm pretty certain you have to extend the section of the cat back that goes over the axles. It's titanium, so you'll need someone that can weld that.

Or here?
You want to shorten the rear extension pipes where you have the marks on the second picture.
Then you will have to add that amount to the over to axle pipes. if I remember correctly, mine was 2.5".
