Like I said, I should have tested the first regulator after I cleaned it to make 100% sure thats what the issue was. But to be safe I installed the new one they sent me. The old one is going back to A&A as we speak.
What I find strange is that these regulators aren't some off-the-wall brand crap; they're Holleys. I always thought Holley was one of the best... I know they went through some bankruptcy stuff in recent years but have they outsourced their work?

I was about to tell you check the diaphragm in the regulator....I had a tiny crack in mine and it caused me soooo much fr%$^$en trouble.
