200 shot stock bottom?
Edit: After read A LOT last night not going to attempt a 200 shot, just going to turn it up to 150
hey guys looking to find out if a stock 01z bottom h/c/i bolton car can handle a couple of 200 shots? heads are fresh i just had them redone less then 200 miles ago arp head bolts (not studs)
car right now makes 471/414 n/a and 597/591 on spray
a friend had a 13 GT500 bolton tuned makes 720rwhp not sure on the torque #'s right now i "think" it would be a close race were both decent drivers but i'd like to flat out drag him thinking i can with a 200 shot
i'm swapping fuel pumps this weekend as was recommended by Brandon at Nitrous Outlet since he thinks do to the jets i'm using car is running out of fuel so i know the fuel system will handle it just not sure about the rest lol
your thoughts?

what does your car trap now, and what fuel is the Shelby on?
in reality, if the Shelby is stock motor, he'll run out of motor before you do. due to weight.
A max effort 13 Shelby will trap 138-140 on E85 factory weight. on 93, they'll get into the mid 130, basic bolts and tune will do high 120s.
so do your home work to see where you need to be. My cammed, nitrous/nano setup went 138, stock longblock and E85. no stock motor shelby will touch it on the street due to weight.

I ran him last night, 6 runs it was REALLY tight! races was won and lost by less then a fender i had traction problems was laying stripes for 50 to 70ft from a 2 gear 40mph hit he said he was spinning to i couldn't tell tho? i had him 3 times but it was just by a foot or so and when i lost it was the same, I 'm pretty sure a 150 shot and airing down my DR's i can get him "if" he doesn't to any thing else to his car
he's on 93 octane currently, his brother has a stock c7z and he pulls it by 2 cars after 120ish mph, hits was from 40-45mph 2nd gear and topped out 130 to 150mph (dead road in mexico no streets was harmed) LoL
it was exciting and came down to drivers not cars
