Magnacharger limits with stock LS1
hello I recently purchases a 1998 Convert with 30k original miles, it is running a Magnacharger MP112 01-10-58-001 eaton rotor set, everything else has been upgraded as far as Dewitts radiator with engine cooler & Spal fans , Lingenfelter fuel pump, the exhaust and 80mm TB etc, clean install , awsome car that has taken care of.
My question is what pulley can be upgraded to the Maggie and if so what other upgrades would normally be done to the drivetrain on top to handle over 550 hp
Thanks

I just sold my maggie I have the z06 with a cam worked heads and all the supporting exhaust. At 7psi and the 1:1 rear swap I barely made 530.... I dont know if 550 on an ls1 is possible with a 112. They start to get out of their efficiency range fast when you pulley down

see sig.
this was before and after the addition of the overdrive crank. we then de-tuned it because this is a 100K+ stock short block. the heads have z06 spec CCs and we had to bump the injectors to a step above the 42s.
I have put 20k on the car with these mods.
good luck
