Quick video rowing through a few gears...
Earlier this year, I changed my Dampner to a 9% overdrive. I picked up midrange, but also picked up some slippage over 6K RPM.
I was already running a 3.2 inch RR Pulley. I had Joe at Cordes racing make me a custom 3.2 inch 8 rib pulley with his special material on the surface, that is machined in when they make the pullies...
I still have to get to the dyno, but initial indications look good, the boost seems to hold up top now!!!

cool vid. your car hooks up amazing for the power.
any more details on the cordes pulley? still have the RR slots cut into it? coated with some sandy rough finish? curious to hear more. looks like holding boost great now!
going to be awesome to see what the dyno says
you should measure some 60-130mph runs with hptuners or dashlogic.

Thanks Guys,
Here's a pic of the pulley on the car, it really is put together VERY well!
The "grit" is basically part of the surface area on the pulley...

Here's a shot of another pulley I just bought from Joe at Cordes Racing for my new 17 Z06 that just hit the ground at the factory!!!

thanks for the pics Joel. very surprised the grit style pulley actually holds the better than the RR style pulley with the grooves cut into it you were using before.
congrats on the new z06!
