Default Using stock 3/8 fuel feed Line ??? How much Whp ???Am i ok???

Making my list off parts/fittings/line that i will need for my loonies twin pumper install install setup to convert my returnless system to a return one.

Return line:
I will , off course , use a aeromotive fpr mount on the front driver rail with a -6an return line.

Feed line:
I will, off course, use a 97-98 fuel filter , i would feed the back off the pass side fuel rail (Holley Black aluminium rail), then à normal -6an front crossover from the front pass side to the front driver side. The front driver side would have à "T" to connect the fuel line and fpr.Rear driver Side rail would be plug since there is no space available.

Question :

Can i use the stock 3/8 OEM plastic feedline ???
Will it support enough fuel flow for my application???(750whp).

I already use a -6an quick connect with braided -6an Line from the front oem plastic line under the front driver side cowl to the rear pass fuel rail.
But since im returnless im having pressure drop issue.

Thanks

From what i know/read , a stock style fuel system from a 97-98 (stock return style)with the addition of a walbro 255 will support 600whp.
If you then add a Bap it will support 700whp.

So does anyone knows the limit of the stock 3/8 feed line.
I mean, if i can get to 750-800 ish whp it would be a no brainer and super easy to use it and just add a fpr and return line.

Thanks

It will work fine. I ran an ECS system that used the stock line at 780 rwhp for a while with no issues.
Obviously go bigger if you're running a new line, but you can use it if you're not.

I dont know on a C5. On a C6 it is tight but can be done with no cutting using a low profile fitting.

First thing that come to my mind is a 90 degree fittings with -8 orb (3/4-16)on one side and - 6 an male on the other side.

Here is a pic. I might have the part number somewhere. I'll have to look. My guy keeps a lot of fittings in stock if you need. In Montreal.
Who did you decide on for the engine work ?

Is this an hose end directly with the o-ring fittings ???

Im still debating on what to do with my setup, i could use my 4 inch stroke crank with my 6.125 rods, keep my custom cam and all the accessories, just add new pistons and throw everything in a ls2 block to do a 402ci with lsa heads .Would be a stronger/better setup but right now im waiting. So i try to figure out all the rest , like my fuel setup .

I really don't remember if it's one fitting or fit with the existing Holley fitting. I have the notes somewhere and will try and find the part number a bit later.

Pretty sure this is the one. I like aeroflow fittings and my shop is the distributor.

The risk of not using PTFE hose is it can smell of gas. I had to change out some hoses on my ECS kit because my garage smelled like a gas station..

Well i did some check and there is no way to put a fitting back there

I could cap both back rail and feed the front.
Line goes in front, i add a "T" or a "Y" and i feed each line.

Currently supporting 850ish RWHP coming up to the engine bay connector. Going to see if it goes farther. Previous setup was 760 RWHP on stock lines/rails/regulator (97-98 style), upgraded (not by me) to a FAST rail/102 combo to get to 850 using -8/-6 lines in the engine bay. Currently modding 97-98 rails to work with stock lines and a LS2 manifold, hoping to get into the 1K RWHP range with it.
