Default Fuel for my Nitrous set up question!

Hey Guys,

I was on the phone with my Tuner this morning and he said with the heads/cam/nitrous set up I am doing I will not be able to run more then 100 shot without running out of fuel... He suggested I upgrade to the lingenfelter upgrade pump which is roughly 200bucks. Is that the way to go or should I just spend a little more and do a nicer pump set up? If so what are your suggestions?

Also, I have been informed that the LS6 manifolds break commonly with nitrous due to them being composite. Is that the case when running 100-150 shot or larger shots?

Thanks in advance! Any advice/assistance is greatly appreciated!!

Stick a Walbro 450 in there and a hotwire kit, no boost-a-pump

I have two Walbro 450's. Wasnt too bad. I had to cut up the bucket so that they fit and but I made it work. I dont see you having a problem with just one.

Wait, is your car a 2004? My car is an early 2002 so I have the older style tank. If you have the newer late C5/C6 style tanks I would recommend a Fore Innovations setup. They have some nice drop in setups and you can use a number of pumps with it depending what you need.

Yea I looked at them as well.. The kid looks like its going to run me 900-1200. I really am trying to avoid spending that much for something that is way overkill for my car.
