Ok so I know that Hinson makes a single turbo exhaust manifold but only include the driver side header not the passenger. At dam near 3k it seems really over priced. I found this one from xs power that give you all the hot parts for a really good price. Has anyone had any experience with these?

Those are for Gen1-2 motors not LS style. If you want cheap you have to build it yourself. There is not much room to mount turbos on a street C5 and lower volume of kits sold mean more $$$.

I have the Hinson hot side kit and its more than just a manifold for $3k. You get the manifold, crossover pipe, dumptube, downpipe and turbo support bracket. It also includes quality hardware to mount it all and the welds look great.

Unless you or someone close to you can fabricate then you would pay more than this to have a one off setup built.
