I'm running a 97/8 line, and have a adjustable regulator on the rail - I have a line hooked up to it from the TB (where PCV use to be)... My static pressure doesn't seem to be affected by vacuum... so it's set at 50, and if I'm at full vac (Decel or idle) it's at 50, and if i am part throttle at 0psi, it's at 50. It goes up to 60 or so under boost.

I cannot explain why it does this, but it does. With that, couldn't you run a checkvalve the other way so your regulator only sees boost? so your static is still ~50 and the crossover tank and all still work while still giving you 60+ under boost.

I've never had a problem with mine running at 50 static and the dual tanks.

Maybe a check valve like in the link:

So you would need some really good fuel pumps to push e85 at 71psi.

Game of give and take...

I was leaning towards 50 base pressure and using reference. That would put me 58 WOT with 8 pounds or 63 with 13 pounds of boost.
that should work just fine with twin 340s.

Or I just run static 58 and spend 1500 on kick *** injectors lol.

E85 has a much higher BSFC. So you will need those big *** injectors either way if that's your fuel of choice.

I'm speaking from experience on high horsepower builds (That room to grow you've been mentioning)

I set my Aeromotive regulator at 54 base, my car likes to cruise in the 3-4 lb of vacuum range and haven't had any issues with the tanks.
