Get the newer style p/s bracket for an '03-'04 and a p/s pulley for a C6. Both from GM.

I would suggest a better radiator. I have the A&A V3-si kit and used this one. https://www.speedcooling.com/1997-20...-Radiator.html

Wonder if they would make these 2" shorter for blower applications
A lot cheaper than the other brands

Forgot this one. It's a must. The A&A kit does not include a thermostat. Get a 160* and install it.

Give them a call and see. The owner was very easy to deal with when I called him. That is the radiator I ordered and it is a bit shorter than the oem. Installed an A&A kit over it and had no fitment issues.

I bet it looks nice than having to cut up the stock radiator for the piping to clear.

Is it low enough for a 4" intake to fit on the head unit?

I don't think it will fit. The one that comes in the kit does, but not by much.
