Anyone tried the 4L60 4L60-E 4L65-E 4L70-E Transmission Sonnax Pinion 2.84 Input Planet Assembley. Drops the the 3.06 first gear to 2.84 and gives a close ratio tranny. Little pricey but could be worth it. Comments? Experience?

I have it in my car,I like it,No complaints,The RPM's are not as high in the top of 3rd at the end of the 1/4 mile.My car is set up for the 10.00 index,Sixty foot times are in the 1.5's

So, did you race before and after? Are you slower? - faster?

I have raced before and after,Really can't tell the difference other then my shift points are higher,Its not slower,Like I said before I like that the rpm's are alittle lower at the end of the 1/4 mile in the top of 3rd

I have the 2.84 planet. But the car had a TR6060 before. Call RPM and ask their opinion based on your setup.
