Default Which ATI dampner?

Which ATI Dampner is everyone using? I spoke with ATI and they said I could run either the steel shell/steel hub or the alum shell/steel hub.
part number 917266 for the Alum shell or 917246 for the steel shell. 99 percent street car.

Go with ATI's recommendation. There's no one best damper for everybody. A lot of folks think the lightest damper is automatically best, but the best damper, and the one that will increase engine performance the most, is the one that is tuned to the crankshaft vibrations in your particular engine.
