Any good hiding spots!!
I always like to keep a door key hidden some where on my vehicules just incase your electric door locks go postal on you while your keys are still inside, I had a key cut that just opens the door and bought a hide-a-key I put it underneath the rear end just on top of the muffler by the clamp and drove to work a good test 55 miles, this afternoon when I checked it the box was still there but the key had fallen out, any ideas where a convient place to hide a key?????????????

using a lot of black duct tape, or electrical tape, tape it to the backside of the font airdam, mines worked fine over a year now. just after you remove it once, you need more new tape.

Tape the box shut so the key can't fall out then put it somewhere else or....put the key in your wallet. I have another car and they give you a credit card size holder for a spare key. Used it a couple of times....glad I had it.

I have a second keychain that I use for all the other keys I have to carry and a spare car key is kept there. Duct taping the key on the inside of the bumper is a good idea too.

A Chevrolet Cavalier blank key will take a C5 cut. You cannot start the car without the pats pellet, but this key is very flat and can be taped somewhere or put in your wallet. TommyN

when I bought my 98, it came with a wallet key, it is called a courtesy Key. It is in a plastic pouch the size of a credit card. It says for additional keys call 1-800-423-KEYS on the back. The case is printed with the VIN number and another code (key code??). Will only open doors, not start car.
Dont know if it will help, but just wanted to let you know.
