C5 Center Console/dash Available in brushed aluminum finish ?
Are there any alternatives to the standard black dash and console? I like the look of the new C6 center dash and would like to change my 2000 convertible.

Paypal is now accepting your left nut and right arm....
this stuff can get expensive if you decide to do the whole thing!!
I'm starting my own project and hand laying my own carbon fiber components...be sure to see my run of England Green type posts in a month or so for a how to!!!!haha

i loved the all black look for a while, but getting kinda tired of it also. too boring. im in the process now of sanding/priming the center console, and armrest (just the plastic). i will be matching the paint to my pewter exterior. should have pics up within a week!
here is the start of things, just after being primed:

Yeah, the PFYC is nice but you're right about giving up body parts. My console is out and change begins tomorrow. Going for the brushed aluminiun as well. As with you the C6 has influenced me.

Check with Ken King at Vette Essentials too. I saw some interior pieces advertised on his web site the other day - CF and brushed aluminum were some of them I believe. Not sure on the pricing.

Vette Essentials is in the proccess of moving a few doors down the street but if you don't want to paint Ken can hook you up...and if you return your original core you can get 100 back on the console and 75ish for the radio surround.
I'm currently saving up for the 2 pcs in carbon fiber. (I'd have to be Michaelangelo to paint that look)

I agree with the guys above Vette Essentials offers the interior pieces now. Go to their website and look under the "whats new" section. I saw them yesterday when I was orderding new seat foam, now I want to get the console and radio surround.
