I NEED some headers for my ride .... 
Who has the best deal on the Dynatech full system with air tubes and cats for a '98 C5?

This is not the best time to purchase a set of LT headers because prices have gone up on steel. If you are not in a hurry I would wait a month or two for the next group purchase to surface. You really should not have to may more than $1300 shipped for a set of dynatechs including hi flow cats.
