*2005 CF St. Jude Fundraiser**$13,000** & Counting**
For the past two years, I have been blessed to have donated to St. Jude Children's Hospital during our fundraiser 
this year, Jesse has asked me to help him as an organizer of this event.
Actor Danny Thomas opened the doors at St Jude Children's Research Hospital in 1962. St. Jude treats children with catastrophic medical conditions at no cost. They also have a family member stay at a nearby facility at no charge.
The hospital's daily operating costs are approximately $1,027,832, which are primarily covered by public contributions. St. Jude has more than 3,000 employees.
Last years cruise to St. Jude was an overwhelming success as the children greeted all year Corvettes as they pulled into the hospital. The children sat in the cars, blew the horns and had pictures taken in and by the cars. Their smiles were constant, and the tears of joy from their family were priceless.

Diagnosis: In January 2004, Easton was discovered to be suffering from choroid plexus carcinoma, a rare malignant brain tumor.
