New C5 Underwear Review (Pics)
Two months ago I made a 2 hour trek to the track and traveled with a group of about 8 other vettes. Several of the C5's had this stretch fit bra installed that looked great and is installed and removed in a couple of minutes. I'm not a big fan of most vette bras, but this offers quick and easy front end protection for those road trips. It doesn't flap and beat your paint up at speed and is washable.
I don't sell these or have any affiliation with the manufacturer, I just thought it was pretty cool and had not seen them before...
They are made and sold by c5creations.com and also sold by Mid America

...I'm sorry, but that looks really bad on there IMO. You're car looks gorgeous and it would be a shame to take away from all that beauty with that spandex looking...thing, on there.

I've got the same bra. I completely agree it does a great job of keeping the bugs off the nose and goes on and off in less than a minute. Great for road trips!

I saw one of them the other day. Here's my take on bras, they all detract from a cars appearance, this one just happens to do it more so than others.
Looks aside, compared to a GM bra:
Cons:
Doesn't seem to offer as good of protection, but I guess it's better than nothing.
Appears to cost more $.
Pros:
If it's easier to put on, that's good. My particular GM bra(Z06) is more work than it should be.
You can be a star of the automotive paparazzi if you buy another one & put it over your back bumper, then people will think you are driving a new prototype .
Anyways, more choices is always a good thing.

To expensive for a polyester material. For this kind of $ you can buy a GM bra. I guess it would be easier to put on but it can't offer any rock protection.
I just got smaked with a rock last week, left a nasty star crack in my wind shield.

It is a nice product, but at $150, way too expensive IMO. My GM bra only cost $75 and gives better protection against rock chips. However, the stretch bra does allow you to run it in all sorts of weather.

They are not new have been around for a while. You should have bought red to match your car then it would look great. I have that bra from C5 creations to match the color of my car and it works great for looks and protection.

the only reason i like this one is it folds up so much and can be stored in the glove box etc. i dont like, however, that it doesnt seem to offer as much protection as a vinyl thicker one would. now that said, i had seen some in grayish color back duirng the 50th corvette caravan thing on many silver C5's leavin the dallas area. if i can find where they got gray id probally just buy one to throw in my car just in case i needed it.

...and I think that is the important difference...
Im not concerned with bugs...I can Z6 them away...
...but I would love to have protection from those things that chip the paint ...my low spoiler prevents me from using a bra

Been using one for several years now, and as far as I'm concerned it's the only bra worth having. Mine is color coded to the Torch Red so it's not such a stand out. BTW you can just throw it in the washer to clean it. It's a big

I do alot of road trips from Northern California to Vancouver British Columbia. It's a little over 900miles one way. Anyways, if my car was black that bra would look good during the road trips.

Glad it works out for you, personally I do not prefer to have one on.
I don't like the paint chips though, but on my black car they are easily repaired
