Default Quick mod today.. (pics)

no more plastic here!!

it just looks like a better endlink

while i was under the car, ever noitce the logo there? pretty

only had one casulty for the day.. this guy didnt make it too much rust and i stripped the torx..

end result..


all in all, it was pretty easy.. about 1 hour all together.. only problem was with the rusted old endlink that i ended up stripping and had to hack off with a saw.. cheap mod too, or $86 at my local dealer

swaybar endlinks.. 2002+ newer went to metal/aluminum endlinks replacing the 97-01 older plastic ones.. i've heard some break.. my second pic shows the difference..

FWIW, from what the part's guy at the dealer told me, you can't even get the plastic ones anymore.. maybe GM realized their mistake
