Convertible top care?

Convertible top care?
Mine has a black cloth top, is there anything special I need to know about cleaning, keeping it waterproof, sealer? It looks great now, I just want to keep it that way. tips?

Anyway, I learned from this forum when I got my Vert that a lot of people like using RaggTop. I think you can only buy it online but I could be wrong. Anyway, I bought mine online for less than $20 and it comes with a cleaning solution and another solution to protect and waterproof the top. Been using it for a year and it works great. I would recommend it. I'm sure others have used other stuff with success so we'll see who else chimes in. Or you could always check the car care section.

just did mine after about a year with the raggtop kit and it works great!
i used the protectant and its like zaino for your convertable top!
the water rolls right off!

I use Raggtop. Also, I always try to put the top up when I'm back from a ride. I don't latch it, but I do put it up. It keeps the fabric in good shape and the dust out of the interior.
I think if you keep it clean, treat it with something like Raggtop and make sure its not always tucked away, you'll be fine.
