How do I remove front license plate cover??

How do I remove front license plate cover??
Can anyone enlighten me as to how the front license plate cover is removed so I can mount my plate?

There are two very small phillips head screws on the bottom side that need to be removed. You'll need a skinny screwdriver to get it in the gap between the cover and the body. Take those screws out, then push down on top of the frame to get the tabs to release. I did this a few weeks ago, and I'm still not used to the plate yet.

Yea---The plate does not look as clean on the front. I had hopes that the clear cover would help contour the body and make it look better.
