If some has one it would be a very, very large file size. It is available on CDs. The owners manual is available in PDF.

I have Comcast email and it didn't choke on me. I got it with absolutely no problems whatsoever.

I can zip it before I send it.

I know that Band1t sent you the Owner's manual to your email account.
Not service manual.

This thread is 9 years old guys.
Although if the guy with the service manual is subscribed and got an email, I wouldn't mind a copy either. I'm not holding my breath lol

Ditto. But at the reported size, email really isn't an option for me: my mailbox shows 250MB max, even Roadrunner's premium accounts are something like 1GB-2GB. Zipping it won't help much, as PDFs are already compressed.
Also, to be that big, it has to be a scanned copy rather than a "real" PDF with links and such...without links, it'll be even harder to access than the paper copy I have.

Default Am hoping to get a copy of the Service Manual

I am hoping to get a copy of the service manual for my 2004 LS1 Corvette. If you could email me a copy, I would surely appreciate it. My email is js9007145@gmail.com. Thank you in advance for your help.

Don't mean to discourage you, but that's probably not gonna happen. Just for the record, the paper '04 FSM totals out to 4103 pages: at any decent resolution, a scanned PDF will be well over a gigabyte, and, as I mentioned above, harder to use than the paper version.
I'm not even sure an official non-scanned PDF exists. The digital DVD versions sold on Ebay are twitchy and hard to read, using OS2 running under VMWare. It works marginally well on my very fast desktop, not so much on the laptop, certainly not well enough to replace the real book. I'd like to believe the techs at the dealerships are working with something a bit more robust, but maybe not...it would certainly explain why they sometimes miss obvious things on models they're not familiar with.

I would imagine GM wouldn't be happy with people violating their copyright by sending unauthorized copies of it's manuals. With all the money people spend on mods, $200 for the 4000 page manuals is not so bad. I bought them, and they are three books, about two inches thick each. Lots of information.

True, it's long on information, but very weak on accessibility. A 4100-page book with a 27-page index...seriously?

My main beef is that the subsections don't have tables of contents, which matters a lot in the engine and body sections which are 1000+ pages each. Example: the 'Lighting Systems' subsection starts on page 8-646 and runs 170 pages, but the TOC for it is back at 8-6. GM also used to break out all the electrical schematics and connector pinouts in a separate volume; here they're scattered piecemeal at the start of each subsection, sometimes a hundred pages from anything that references them.

Not to mention that the overview descriptions for major functions and subsystems are at the end of subsections, after all the troubleshooting and repair procedures...there aren't all that many hard-and-fast rules in technical writing, but putting the general stuff before the detailed stuff is one of them.
