I saw it once as well, I am not a big fan of showing everyone what I have under the hood. Then again, it could have been the airbrushing of the members of KISS faces on the hood. It definitely was not for me, but hey, its not my car.

I had a shop cut mine and it required removing a lot more of the hood than some of the pics I've seen posted. I guess my mag sits higher...maybe due to the intercooler?

Most of the cars with the Magnuson seem to go with the high rise hood. Haven't seen any that have cut the stock hood to clear the S/C. Would be nice to see some pics of one that did cut the stock hood - bet it does look good.

There is a guy on the forum that has done this it is a red vette. Try posting in the FI/Nitrous or Perf sections you may get a response on who it is.

We have a C6 shop/show car with the hood cut open for the Maggie. I drove mine to the dyno several years ago with no hood and had so many people honk and give me a thumbs-up that I lost count.
