man, your other post bringing back the thread form 5/28 had me freakin dude... 
To answer you question, yes, it'll pass.
I have obnoxious looking custom Borla XR1, passed twice already. I even tried to force the guy to put it on the "dyno" looking machine, so the massive growl would bring down the walls of that place - but he wouldn't. I didn't have enough miles
