No! There are only two or three legal intakes in CA. The K&N FIPK, the Callaway Honker, and possibly the Granatelli system. If you don't want to spend big bucks and are willing to spend 30 minutes every 2 years to swap out a performance intake, I recommend the Halltech Stinger at $239.00.
