HUD Problems
Hey All,
I'm having HUD problems. It comes and goes while driving or just starting up. The HUD will go out and only display ' _ _ '. I don't want to jinks myself but I dread the 'electrical problem' mechanic bill.
Has anybody else had this problem or know of any reasons why this could be??

The only time I have ever seen "--" on a HUD is while writing a tune to the PCM.

Same problem with mine. Comes and go, which I thought was a loose ground. Checked all them, all tight. Took to dealership I bought from, still under their warranty. Turned out, had to replace the HUD unit. Check out Fred Beans, they have a special running on prices. Search the forum and corvetteactiocenter.com Their are instructions, after I had mine replaced, that have detailed instructions on removing your dash. Good luck!!
