Cruise till you can't
Summer is almost over, so cruise as much as you can!!! Colors are just beginning to change up here in northern Michigan, giving me just one more excuse to cruise (like I really need one). It won't be long till the car will be put up for the winter, so drive your vette every chance you get until that sad day arrives!!!
Sorry, just had to get it out and spread the word.

for those of us in the northeast, the thought of winter coming gives the same warm feeling as when your urologist says "bear down". at any rate, while our vette won't see snow, i plan to drive it on cold clear days here. the thought of parking it until spring is not appealing. bub

While I would love to drive mine in the winter on sunny days, the thought of all that salt...well, no way. My problem is trying to judge the last possible day to clean the car outside prior to storage. And using sself-discipline to not waste the time driving it one last time.

Mine will begin to see less driving time until Spring. I will bring it out on the rare days in the winter when weather permits. But, that's few and far between.

I'm taking mine to Michigan this weekend for it's last long drive of the year. I'll drive it every chance I get until I hear the dreaded "S" word in the forecast. Is it possible to hide the keys to every salt truck in America?
