Default anyone lowered C5 with this kit

Looks like a pretty complete kit and at a good price. Just wondering how low these bushings make the front. Im lowered on stock bolts now and lookin to go another probably 1/2 in.

I'm sure the (ZIP) front bushing would be close to the size of your front cut 2/3. Cutting all of your front bushings off in the front is no easier than leaving 1/3. See sig.

I went to the hardware store and got two 7/16 bolts for $5 and used on mine.

The most time consuming part is getting the bolts un-installed (completed unscrewed from the leaf spring) so you can actually cut the bushings. I used a hacksaw and cut both bushings in 5 mins. The rest of the couple of hours of work was dropping the lower A-arm and then reinstalling everything (and a couple of beers). It's an easy job ... just takes a little time and a little elbow grease.

Great option. A similar kit has been available for the C4 for years.

Cut the front bushings with a Sawzall without taking anything apart. Get longer rear bolts, grade 8, from a fastener store or hardware if they have 8's. Worked for me.
