Not Z06 Badge, Not LS1 Badge....
I know that there are a bunch of folks out there that don't like fender badges on anything but the Z06, but I am not one of them. The LS1 Badges are readily available; however, they are WAY to expensive IMO. Found a company overseas that will make custom badges, so I figured I'd try something a bit different. Thoughts?

I think an LS1 Badge with your individual horsepower rating would be better. Sort of like the Z06 badges that are available with 385 or 405 Horsepower designations.
I guess they would all have to be custom then and the price would come close to the present LS1 badges.
Just my opinion!

Normally I keep my mouth shut when I don't like stuff....it's your car.
But.....you did ask for "thoughts" so mine are.....
The "Z" is clearly from the Z06.....and the 51 Performance looks like a bad add on. Reminds me of fake brands that try to look as close to the real thing as possible without outright using the real thing's actual logo...just portions of it.
But hey.....it's your car....my opinion doesn't necessarily mean squat. Do what you like.

I am interested in small badges, preferably in a gold/magnesium tint to go with my pewter metallic paint, magnesium wheels and light oak top. I currently have a really small gold badge with the number 50th overlayed over the corvette flags celebrating the 2003 50th anniversary car, available from Eckler's and/or Mid America. Now that the 50th has come and gone I would like to replace the badges with something more appropriate to my car.

im not real big on badges to begin with and I also think it looks too much like the z badge .. however in its own right it looks good, it's a well made quality piece.
if you want badges, than thats a nice badge to put on.
