Default Wheel hop ?

Are you more likely to get wheel hop with run flat tires then non run flats?

I would say with runflats, it is a harder compound, but some of the smarter tire guys will chime in soon. I am not a pro and you should not take my answer and run with it.

Yep, stiffer sidewalls better for cornering but not so much for traction. I went from EMT where I was getting wheelhop, to cheap Nitto 555's, same size. No wheelhop now.

My experience is the opposite of the others here. I would just spin the EMTs, but since I changed to non run flats, I've been getting some hop
